St. Charles High School Retreat Details

Packing List

  • Refillable water bottle
  • Weather appropriate clothes (we will be spending some time outside during the day and evening, weather-permitting)
  • Jacket/coat (for the same reason listed above)
  • Walking shoes and socks
  • Modest church clothes for Mass (Saturday evening) 
  • Modest and comfortable clothes for retreat duration (please nothing tight or revealing… think: would I feel comfortable wearing this in front of Jesus?)
    • Note: we will wear our retreat t-shirts on Sunday 
  • Pajamas
  • Journal & Bible
  • Toiletries (tooth brush, shampoo, etc.) and towel for showering
  • Any doctor-prescribed-over-the-counter or prescription medications need to be checked-in with the Medication Form prior to the start of the retreat.
    • Make sure prescriptions are according to the label on the bottle. Contact your pharmacy before the retreat if you need your doctor-prescribed dose to match the label.
    • Regular over-the-counter medications, such as Tylenol are available from our first aid kit.
  • Beds, sheets, and blankets are provided by the retreat center.
