The Theology on Tap series, hosted this summer at USF Cougar Den, 2701 Spring Street, will bring young people from across Fort Wayne together as they dive deeply into the themes centered on finding Christ in various aspects of faith and life. The series planned by a team of local young adults, entitled “The Road to Emmaus,” based on the account from the Gospel of Luke 24:13-35, will offer a weekly talk by a local follower of faith and the opportunity to enjoy food, drink, and fellowship. Individuals of any faith or non-faith are encouraged to attend. Parking can be found in the lot between the Cougar Den and the Residence Halls
There will be one talk each Tuesday in July at the USF Cougar Den and a closing Mass celebration on August 2nd in the USF Main Campus Chapel followed by a party in the Achatz Hall of Science. Food and bar service will be offered starting at 6:30 PM, and each talk will begin shortly after 7:00pm. The event is generously sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, USF Office of Advancement, USF Campus Ministry, and the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. Dinner and bar service will be available at a discounted rate thanks to their support.
